Great location, happy overall for...

Disliked: Too busy. The adults pool system is flawed, should check if people are using space or just holding on to it

Natural paradise

Liked: Wonderful hotel in a great area. Is not a resort far away from everything. Wailea is vibrant and full of options, with restaurants, shops and diferent beaches. Stoning natural beauty .There is a beach in front of the hotel, where you can dive with turtles and see the wales , effortlessness, they are just there. Sunset on the beach or in the Italian Ferraro’s restaurant in incredible
Disliked: Breakfast not included.Front desk staff (either at the reception or restaurants) were not friendly, they seem too busy, tense, forcey friendly
