Disliked: On more than 3 occasions when attempting to enter the hotel, I was asked if I was a guest at the hotel. Never in all my years of traveling has anyone ever stopped me and asked me that question. I felt targeted and unwelcome. This was our first time in New Orleans and I will never stay or recommend the Four Seasons New Orleans to anyone.

Disliked: Level of service compared to other Four Seasons wasn’t there, lobby bar way overcrowded, lack of staff.We have been put next to the staff room and we could hear banging all the time, it was our anniversary

Liked: Excellent location. very modern, quite and clean rooms.
Disliked: Request for anniversary decorations that was never done. It was quite disappointing.. but every thing was so good.

Liked: One of the better city Four Seasons that I have been. Outdoor pool/deck area was amazing for anybody traveling with their kids. Staff was very helpful and the room service was amazing. Perfect location on Canal street, walking distance to all the things but not in the middle of it if you want to take your distance
