Had a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel - we will definitely be back again. The staff are very friendly and the room was gorgeous!

Excellent except for the substandard...

Liked: Common areas were spacious and clean, Coin & Candor restaurant - food, and service were both excellent. Valets were very accommodating as were the people that helped us with our luggage. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean.
Disliked: The big screen television in the room was second rate. The picture quality looked like it was running its content from an old VHS tape recorder. If the hotel wants to be considered a 5 star hotel it should update the big screen TVs in all of the rooms.

Liked: Absolutely immaculate experience from pulling up to Valet and checking in. Over the top cleanliness and staff responsiveness.

Liked: Very nice scenery, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, the food was good, the gym was very good , and the pool was nice too .
Disliked: It's pricey, but what do you expect from a 5 star hotel . No complaints really, .

Phenomenal

Liked: Stayed Friday-Sunday and everything was phenomenal from the cleanliness, hotel staff, amenities, and food. The service was always quick and staff did everything to make sure all your needs were met and the stay enjoyable.
