Good

Liked: Really clean, the staff are kind, and the amenities at great. The coffee is really good. Really calm atmosphere in the lobby.
Disliked: Third floor is too close to the noise. We could barely sleep because our room was next to a stop light and near the ground. Would recommend getting a higher room. Everything costs so much, which is frustrating when the hotel room is already expensive. However, would come here again to eat and spa but probably not to sleep.

Staff and amenities were exceptional...

Liked: Staff was exceptional. Macaroons in the room were a nice touch. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. My daughter was surprised by and excited about the proper afternoon tea setup she received! Wine options were good.
Disliked: Food was average, though we only had breakfast and late night soup on arrival. Could use hooks by shower door to hang robe/towel. We were there at xmas and hoped for more seasonal flare, but that did not affect our experience one way or the other. I could never get signed onto the app. I did not book thru F.S. which seems to have been the problem as my email and phone number were not recognized. I am sure front desk could have sorted in no time, so not a big deal, just FYI re user interface.
