Liked: The staff was wonderful I mentioned it was me and my twin sisters bday and they all were saying happy bday and special treats etc It was very nice

Disliked: Housekeeping missed our room and turn down service. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but notSomething that you expect FS to forget. Staff was also dismissive and defensive when we returned to our room at 9pm and asked for turn down service. Not something you expect from FS…
