Liked: I would like to thank all of the staff for being so generous and did an upgrade on my reservation because I marked that it is my first Anniversary . Thank you Four season for everything that you did to make my first Anniversary fabulous .
Disliked: EVERYTHING IS STUNNING , no complaint at all .

Liked: Exceptional views over the bay. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good l location and well connected. Highly recommended for a 3 or 4 day visit to San Francisco.
Disliked: It took them a while to reply to me regarding a claim on the invoice, but they finally did so in a satisfactory manner.

Liked: not much.
Disliked: hated the room. very dirty and not cleaned properly. bathroom was very bad. 1 lift was not working at all - very slow to go up and down. restaurant was average. not worth the money - avoid it fully.
