Exceptional staff, exceptional hotel.

Liked: Exceptional staff service. I have stayed in many other high-end hotels and all the 1 Dalton Street staff were completely focused on making my stay being as enjoyable as possible. Justin (Hotel Assistant Manager), Caroline (Guest Experience Specialist) and Eva (Front Office Manager) went the extra mile and they came across clearly as a team who enjoyed their work and wanted to make our visit like a place that can be described as home from home. All the the staff on the front desk and door where exceptionally kind and helpful. They too were a great team. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and so was the staff in One-plus-One and the Trifecta. The Room was high spec and we slept well. Breakfast and range of food was great. The pool was great.
Disliked: A tough question to respond too... maybe the only thing I can say needs to be looked at for Room is the fact the shower has to run for a bit before the hot water comes - however, this is so trivial, and did not affect our stay. A mere tweak here can sort this out. Otherwise, there was absolutely nothing that we did not like.
