Liked: Located close to Central Park. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. They had the room available for us as we arrived before check in. As I think about it, the room was probably available for a while.
Disliked: For what we paid for the room, I was a bit disappointed in the room location and the view was not as I expected. Room on backside of hotel, not much of a view.

l What a disappointment. We used to stay at the Four Seasons 3-4 times a year for years and then it closed. It was feeling a little dingy and needed a refresh before they closed a number of years ago...
