Liked: The inside pool is really incredible. My housekeper ninie was amazing! The bar and restaurant were really terrific and all the crew, especially Gaston, was attentive!

Liked: The facilities where amazing. The pool Was super quiet and relaxing wouldn't even know I'm in NYC. The bed was fantastic felt like I'm sleeping on a cloud.
Disliked: Told them it was the night of my wedding and didn't really do much for me in the room. the room is really tight and no couch. The staff was ok took forever for the bellman to take the bags so had to do it myself.

Liked: Recently stayed at the Four Seasons New York Downtown, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism set the tone for a perfect stay.The rooms were impeccably designed—spacious, modern, and luxurious, with stunning city views and incredibly comfortable beds. The bathroom was like a private spa, complete with a deep soaking tub and a rainfall shower.The amenities were exceptional, especially the serene indoor lap pool and the state-of-the-art fitness center. The spa offered a wide range of treatments, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
