Modern Elegance

Liked: Loved the location (close to downtown, but quiet), river view, pool, cleanliness, shower, comfort of the bedding, restaurant guide, and turn-down service. The cleaning staff even texted me one day asking if we wanted our room cleaned despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ light being activated.
Disliked: I was surprised by the lackluster greeting upon check-in. This was my first Four Seasons experience and I always pictured a complimentary champagne flute being handed to me when I walked-in and a bell-hop taking my bags to the room.

Liked: We arrived and were greeted very well. The staff was busy but still took the time to greet us and help anyway they could
Disliked: Not many things to list that we didn't like. The Four Seasons rarely disappoints with any of our stays
