Liked: **Strengths:** The kindness of the staff in the restaurants, bars, and pool
Disliked: **Areas for improvement:** Housekeeping. Upon arrival, the cleaning cloth was still in the room. The carpet wasn't vacuumed once during our stay. On the second day, our room was still not cleaned by 4 PM despite two reminders to the housekeeping staff. The room was finally cleaned thanks to the intervention of the reception staff, who also apologized for this lack of service.A more fundamental remark regarding the layout of our room: despite the hotel renovation, the layout of our room, at least, does not meet the expectations one might have for a Four Seasons room. The old air conditioning is noisy and not really adjustable. There is a lack of a desk, and the electrical cords on the floor of the room are not what one would expect from a modern layout. Perhaps other rooms are better equipped than the one we had
