Liked: A NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE AT THE FOUR SEASONS – UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, DISRESPECT & UNRESOLVED ISSUES!I feel compelled to share my shocking experience at the Four Seasons, which was so appalling that I believe every traveler deserves to know what happened. This review isn’t just a complaint—it’s a public declaration of the unacceptable standards and practices I encountered, which I hope will prompt immediate change and alert future guests.Payment Fiasco & Disrespectful BehaviorI was all set to pay my bill via Apple Pay—a modern, secure, and widely accepted method. However, as I reached for my phone, the manager abruptly approached and coldly informed me that Apple Pay was not accepted at this property. Despite my polite inquiry, he continued tapping his finger incessantly, making me feel like a criminal as I scrambled to locate my debit card. This display of impatience and rudeness was utterly demeaning.Refusal to Provide DocumentationAfter being forced to sign a document under stressful circumstances, I requested a copy of what I’d just signed. To my dismay, the request was outright denied. Transparency is not only a hallmark of good business but also a customer right under many consumer protection laws. Withholding a copy of a signed agreement is both unprofessional and, in many jurisdictions, a breach of protocol.Non-Functional Amenities & Unprofessional CommunicationMatters worsened when I reported that the shower in my room was completely non-functional. Rather than addressing the issue, the manager’s response was a curt and rude, “We’ve never heard of this before.” Such a dismissive attitude towards a reported problem is unacceptable, especially at a property known for its high standards. To add to my distress, I was inexplicably woken up at 8 AM by my room’s telephone ringing, without any subsequent explanation. This unnecessary disturbance disrupted my morning and left me questioning the hotel’s regard for guest comfort.
