Liked: We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday, the staff made it so special for us! From lovely message on the mirror of our room, to the cake they prepared. We were so lucky to feed four cute Alcapas during our stay as well as part of the half term program. We would definitely come back!

Liked: Great staff - beautiful place
Disliked: management and training is outstandingly shocking … in need of new management and a more professional personal experience; being the four seasons. Have had amazing experiences abroad with four seasons, but four seasons Hampshire was a disgrace… very sadly. Bearing in mind how expensive
