Liked: Our room was a premier king with lake view it was great plenty of room with a small sofa and table chair View was stunning, room service excellent and maid service exceptional with turn down service. Staff all amazing and went above and beyond.
Disliked: Spa could definitely be better. Separate steam rooms in locker room. not great for couple trips. Pool not in use over Christmas as I’ve rink over it. No indoor pool Or jacuzzi. The relaxation room was nice, small but I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Liked: Customer service is unparalleled at the Four Seasons. They will go well beyond what is expected to fulfill your needs.
Disliked: Everything is costly at the Four Seasons, but service like that doesn't come cheap. The TVs in the rooms are outdated, I feel, and could use a modern replacement.
