I expect better service and...

Liked: The location of the property is excellent. The front desk and door staff, outstanding.
Disliked: The service by the pool was unacceptable. We sat at a table by the bar and a server came over to inform us, she was just helping out. She had no knowledge of what wine was available. She took a drink order and never returned. After about ten minutes, I walked over to a manager and asked for a glass of wine. It was brought over by a different server in a plastic cup, because they didn’t have wine glasses. I asked a manager for a wine glass. We had lunch, the food was fine. I had to find someone for a check, at which time I was informed that the gratuity was included, which I expected and is standard. But then the server said, we share the 20% gratuity as a team, if you want to add more. I found that statement in bad taste. We also ordered breakfast to the room. The food was luke warm and again the tip statement was made. I have never been asked to add more gratuity at a Four Seasons by an employee. Seriously inappropriate.
