Liked: Room and hotel was very clean. Staff at check-in and check-out were excellent. The only complaint was the breakfast buffet, which was deserted. Not a single hotel guest was there eating. I walked over and picked up a coffee cup and immediately a lady came over and asked our room number to charge the breakfast buffet. I was told at check-in that breakfast was included with the room, so I asked her to double-check. The whole situation was upsetting having to practically plead with her so we just left. But not before another guest came down and was also stopped and asked to what room to charge the buffet. She was obviously upset and told the lady her room included breakfast. She put down her plate and was loudly complaining at the front desk. I know now why the buffet was deserted because guests do not like being stopped and recharged for something already paid for. I cannot tell you what was included, but any hot food items had to be cold due to nobody eating. It just ruined an otherwise nice stay. It is usually a fun part of a hotel stay eating with other hotel l guests and kids everywhere enjoying themselves.
Disliked: Confusion over the breakfast buffet, which is one reason we chose this hotel over others nearby.

Liked: The location was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The staff people were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room was spacious, but we did not like how close the beds were to the bathroom. Also, there was no door at the sink and closet area. If someone was getting ready while someone else was sleeping, the light was shining in his or her face.
