Liked: Wonderful hotel my kids & I stayed there and we absolutely loved it! Staff were amazing, restaurant jumping shrimp is great, nice clean hotel, & plenty of parking on the deck.
Disliked: Only downside was the water pressure in the shower was slow and water didn’t get as hot. Also the sink was small which was located outside of the bathroom.

Liked: Everything was OK except for the shower it was terrible also someone tried to come into our room and the House Keeper left him in.. I couldn't believe it. So to be honest we will probably not stay here again

Liked: Staff were very/ friendly and restaurant was good after a long drive
Disliked: The shower area could use updating

I loved our room view...

Liked: The restaurant was very nice and the service was excellent. Food was delicious
Disliked: We had a lot of issues. 1. The security slide door was broken and no response to fix it. 2. Ants in bed and on bed stand . 3. Requested bed made and 2 pillows. Pillow cases were not clean. 4. Brought this to attention of night staff desk 1st day and again the 2nd day morning staff and in 3rd day before we departed 5. Advised management about banging as our room was next to electrical room. We could hear it both nights. We were out during the day and could not confirm what it was causing this loud noise .

All rather shabby

Liked: It was where it needed to be for us and our room looked right over the ocean. Easy access to free parking
Disliked: It’s all rather down at heel and grubby- corridors especially and lift, it’s not at the best end of the front
