Disliked: My wife complained to me that the room had a smell of mold …. It did smell musty when we first walked in

Liked: The property was amazing and it has a nice view to the harbor. We loved it.
Disliked: The staff and front desk work who was working there that night. I felt like I was stereotyped and was told I didn’t have a booking when I clearly did and I also had the confirmation number and she still wouldn’t accept that. I had to call customer service at 12am to get them to help me check in. By the time I checked in it was already about 1am. She was so rude and inconsiderate, we had a child who was asleep and tired and she made me wait in the car till I got a hold of customer service on the phone. Will not be staying here again as long as she works there.

Lovely place to stay on...

Liked: The pool was clean and warm. They replaced the towels in our room after our afternoon washing up with zero push back.There was fresh water in the lobby. The breakfast in the dining room had a nice variety of food. The parking was easy.
Disliked: .

Liked: Great location, near harbor restaurants/cafes
Disliked: Hotel was a little tired, bedding was not clean. Duvet had several stains on it and pillows need replacing

Liked: Very helpful employees. Extra treats in the lobby really were treatss.
Disliked: The hotel seemed shopworn
