Disappointing. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Disliked: I booked this property because it had a pool and jacuzzi. When I arrived, they were both shut down and looked like they had been for a period of time. When I booked no mention that the pool and jacuzzi were not available. Since I was there in a surfing trip, I wanted the jacuzzi especially. Not ok.

Great staff to see that...
Liked: Staff was incredible. Short on housekeeping crew but they tried to accommodate as needed. Undergoing remodeling in rooms. Even work crews were nice and cleaned up each evening. Perfect location.
Disliked: Rooms need updating which it appears is happening.

Pleasant
Liked: Enjoyed lobby bar. Staff are friendly. Location is very nice.
Disliked: Room carpet was worn and not clean and room needed updating. Very bland and outdated. Nice lobby and very friendly staff. Surprised that they added $12.00 to park in their lot.

Disliked: The whole facility was tired. It needs a facelift. The pool was out of service. Disappointing for a Sheraton brand.

Would not come back if...
Liked: The property was amazing and it has a nice view to the harbor. We loved it.
Disliked: The staff and front desk work who was working there that night. I felt like I was stereotyped and was told I didn’t have a booking when I clearly did and I also had the confirmation number and she still wouldn’t accept that. I had to call customer service at 12am to get them to help me check in. By the time I checked in it was already about 1am. She was so rude and inconsiderate, we had a child who was asleep and tired and she made me wait in the car till I got a hold of customer service on the phone. Will not be staying here again as long as she works there.
