Liked: So friendly staff (Scott), he made everything possible. Clean and big room with fridge and microwave.
Disliked: A bit noisy from the road and other guests. And the hotel is far away from downtown and beach.

Liked: The room size was large, and it was quiet.
Disliked: We have stayed at multiple hotels in the Ventura area, and we were looking forward to our stay at the Four Points Sheraton Resort. It may have been a nice hotel at one time, but sadly we struggled to see how anyone would call this facility a resort now. The hotel and our room were worn looking and not very clean. When we entered our room, there were leaves or something stuck to the white tile floor in the bathroom. One of the bed's covers was rumpled as though it had been left unchanged, or someone had sat on the bed. Later when we returned the light bulb in one of the fixtures next to the bed was flickering so badly, we could not stand to have the light on. There were only about three Kleenex tissues before it was empty, and the clock had not been set to the current time. In addition, in the morning daylight, when the covers were pulled back on the beds, you could see dust all along the wood bed frame. It was evening when we checked in and we had to rush back out to meet up with family, so we did not have time to contact staff. The next morning when we checked out, we were not even asked how our stay was, which is usually always asked any time you check out anywhere. It is clear management needs to pay more attention to detail. Definitely not a good value when it is run down, poorly cleaned, poorly stocked, and you add in the additional charge to park. Definitely will not stay there again.

Liked: The lounge/bar area was comfortable. We sat at a table playing cards and ordered our meals which we could eat right there.
Disliked: Our room didn't have hair conditioner or hand wash, had to ask for them.

Liked: Location was great for our room. I called ahead and the hotel made sure we were on the first floor with a slider that opened directly onto the grassy area for our dog! Made it a pleasure to have him with us.
Disliked: Everything was great. Not one complaint from us. From the friendliness of the staff to quality of food in the restaurant to the comfort of the room .... great experience for us.
