Great location, room was disappointing

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Room was not great…hair in sink, smudge on mirror in bathroom, bathroom door stuck, loud heating system that woke us up in the middle of the night

Nice and quite place

Liked: Its nice and quiet
Disliked: Personal on main desk so amateur they ask for 100$ deposit and they took 492$ from my card i went back to main desk and ask for refund they havent been helpful they only said i will get it back soon i didn’t receive it so far

Location is convenient for Vaughn,...

Liked: Easy to find, close to fast food service if late night check in.
Disliked: Breakfast was stated as complimentary in the booking but I had to pay for breakfast.

Poor

Disliked: The room would get too hot 🥵 and the AC didn’t seem to want to kick in when needed. Also bed and pillows are way to soft.
