Great service and perfect location...

Liked: Service was excellent as usual, although I had to walk to the hotel as there was no airport pickup available by the time I arrived.
Disliked: The room I was given was definitely of a lower standard to that I had been in before during previous stays here, despite being the same price. Nothing really bad, but just clearly not as nice.

Disliked: My name is Amit methi and I stayed in hotel from 29 to 4 February 2025 but in 6 days hotel clean the room only once. We did informed them to clean but no action. They don’t even change towels everyday. We had to grab ourself from the front desk. We paid such high rates but it’s worthless. I suggest booking.com to check with the hotel about my complain. They did not even take away trash and used plates from the room. When we came at night in the room it was so much frustrating. I suggest to choose some other property if you spend usd 350 per night and getting such bad services.

Comfortable hotel very close indeed...

Liked: Very close to the airport and an excellent shuttle service between terminal and hotel. Spacious bedroom. Great breakfast.

Disliked: Had to switch rooms because you could hear the person next door snoring loudly. Walk was paper thin. New room was excellent; no issues
