Liked: The restaurant provided a satisfactory dinner and a great breakfast. The room was spotless and and comfortable. The shuttle service was free and speedy.
Disliked: Lighting in the room could have been brighter

Disliked: Staff, shuttle didn't wait for us when we got off the plane for 5 minutes, called staff and they seemed incompetent. I talked to the same staff member 5 times within a span of 30 mins and each time she pretended like she didn't know our previous conversation. No one was helpful. The shuttle back to the airport the next day was late by 20 mins because the driver got "busy" ....?? Isn't it his job to make sure the shuttle runs properly. It looks nice in the main entrance but the rooms are old and dated and feel like they are DIY updated.

Disliked: The front desk person canceled my resetvation thtough booking. Com and recomwnded me a better deal to do ont he spotand informed me that i will be charged less, but when i chcked my credit card i was charged for the orignal amount for booking.com. And when i contacted them they claimed the manager cancelled your booking that i did on the spot and was charged for orignal amount. I am shock that i was informed by their front desk staff to do so and then they claim its not correct. And if they cancelled they should have called me and informed me . But no one reached. It means they can charge you whatever they wan ton yur credit cards because they have info. Its is a very big mistake . And its a scam

Disliked: Worst stay they fought with me and caused a problem because they wanted to check my room before I got my belongings out and checked out. They said it wasn’t allowed to stay no more because I sprayed the room with Febreze, but still refunded me my deposit. Before they refunded it, they charge me. And then had to refund me all back deposit.
