Service was generally good. Parking available. Restaurant was OK. Rate was high.

Disliked: Double occupancy; one water bottle every second day. Room is old fashion and small for a very high price per night.

Liked: Good location, staff very lovely. The buffet breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: One morning, we were taking the shuttle to get the train. But the 8:30 am shuttle never arrived. The shuttle that did come said it was for 9 am. . . resulting in some frustration for those trying to reach the airport for a flight.

Liked: Very easy check in, great service, breakfast buffet, lovely staff, after a stressful flight cancellation it was amazing to have the pool and hot tub with a view from our room.

Luxury for a great price

Liked: We only stayed one night. The staff were so kind. We didn’t try the restaurant cause we were jet lagged and woke up too late. We were told about all the amenities which we wish we stayed longer to try
Disliked: A simple snacky breakfast would have been nice, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us to not have one

Excellent experience

Liked: The shuttle was on time and took us to the airport very fast. When we left, the kids forgot to take from their room a cinch sack, but we contacted the hotel and they found it and kept it for us to pick up when we returned from our trip. Very helpful and much appreciated!
Disliked: It wasn't clearly specified when we booked the room that we need to reserve in advance parking for several nights before arriving at the property. We assumed we can do so when we checked in, but it wasn't possible. The staff was able to help with information to find alternate parking, but it was more expensive and more hassle...

I would stay here again.
