Dirty and double billed

Liked: I liked that it was relatively close to FSU
Disliked: The room is very dark. And housekeeping is horrible. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. When I moved in I asked them to clean it and they didn’t. Then for the following day, maid service did not show up and I had to go to the front desk and asked for maid service, which finally came and did a poor job. Then I was double billed for the room and it took three trips the front desk to supposedly have the problem fixed. But the double charge hasn’t yet reversed out. And the staff keeps telling me that it it’ll take a few days to drop off whatever that means.

Liked: Location, restaurant
Disliked: Missing a bath towel, called housekeeping and front desk—no answer. Went to front desk, someone came with more towels than we needed. Free breakfast required a voucher, which wasn’t given to us. Had to go to the front desk again to get it.

Liked: Location and facilities were very good.
Disliked: The tv in the front area was not working properly. At first it wouldn’t turn on and then it wouldn’t go off.
