Overall, very close to my...

Liked: The location - very central. The staff friendliness and helpfulness. Room was serviced each day.
Disliked: After entering the car park and parking my car, I was unsure as to which lifts to take. I took the wrong ones and ended up on a floor in the UTS building! Security came and helped me get to the right lift. Perhaps label the lifts more clearly?

Liked: room was huge and cleanstaff were beyond nice and helpful my flight had been cancelled and i had to make a last minute booking I was tired and stressed the lady at reception showed genuine care
