Would like a refund!

Liked: Where do I begin,, charging my card 50 for incidentals without telling me was unexceptable. There was no balcony as per ad,no free breakfast, charged me 12 dollars for parking. Ad also said check out was 11, but it is actually 12, per sign on wall at check -in.We are very disappointed

Superb

Liked: indoor pool for kids, greenery in main atrium, area and water features and size of room having seperate areas, staff had room to move me
Disliked: No bar setup at what looks like a bar area next to pool exit, price for the area, had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issue in first room

Good for an overnight before...

Liked: Room was spacious, bed comfy, good location close to airport and parking was very easy. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It was good for what we needed which was just a night before an early morning flight
Disliked: Rooms were quite noisy, could hear anything in corridor and as an almost end unit people often went to the end of the hall for phone conversations through the night. The pull out bed has dirty sheets (we got clean ones when asked), and the room was quite dated. Overpowering cleaning product smell when we entered
