It was just fine for...

Liked: Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of towels. I rented the bathroom accessible room for myself and my 91 year old mother. The 12:00 pm checkout was greatly appreciated for my mother's needs. The unique side table was very useful.
Disliked: A small microwave would be nice to have. The closet is strange in that items other than short blouses can't hang. It's like a shelf with a hanging rack. The beds, while clean and comfortable, are made up too short. The linens are tightly fit at the foot of the bed, without enough sheet or blanket to cover yourself completely. Two maintenance issues. The deadbolt for the door leading to an adjoining room, was not doable. I called, and with great effort it was locked. It needs addressing. Whenever my mother, with severely arthritic hands, flushed the toilet, the flange in the back was knocked loose and flushing was not possible. Granted, it didn't happen with me, and I just reached in and reattached it myself.

Liked: The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. We loved the Indian restaurant. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It was a little noisy facing the road.

Bad experience, not recommended

Liked: Nothing due to bad experience. We will not stay here again.
Disliked: Description at the time of booking clearly said breakfast is included, however, we had to pay for our kids breakfast every day of our stay. We stayed as a family for 3 nights, however, we were only given breakfast coupons only for 2 days (and that too, only for 2 persons per day in a family of 4). What??? When I complained to the manager (for the weekend), he was not only very cold but continued to argue that as per the booking on their system, it allowed them to provide breakfast coupons only for two people. Not sure who to blame (booking.com or four points). After long time arguing, the manager gave me additional 2 coupons for the third day. Never expected or experienced such thing from a hotel that is affiliated to Sheraton. Worst experience ever from a hotel staff in Seattle for us.Nevertheless, the lady manager for the weekdays sounded reasonable, so that was a little relief but too late as we checked out.Breakfast is not a buffet as pictures might be misleading. Pay attention to every detail while booking. The room description on booking and hotel website says 1 Queen bed for a standard double room. What??? That's something weird and never heard ever before. Needs some serious quality check from Hotel management team.Never booking here again. Please go to other hotels close to the airport for peace of mind.

Liked: the bed, especially the pillows are very cozy. The bathroom and shower rooms are spacious. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, looking luxurious. I love how they have the Indian restaurant inside the hotel which is my favorite.
Disliked: They did not have microwave, and wish they had a bathrobe and slippers for couple
