Liked: Very clean.

I'm so happy I chose Four Points by Sheraton for my stay because it was a great experience. The vibe was mellow, pleasant, and comfortable. I was in town for a concert and the venue was walking distance away which was perfect.

Liked: Great customer service; beautiful; clean room and lobby; awesome location.
Disliked: Parking was expensive and inconvenient.

Could not get clear information about rail system even though it stops right outside the hotel door. Saturday night noise from the lounge was horrible. Too many other choices in the area to return to Four Points.

Liked: Bed and pillows good; staff pleasant.
Disliked: Noise; lack of knowledgable staff.

Disliked: Nothing not to like. A bit of a strong chemical odor in my room. A little unpleasant, but the first time that’s happened at this property.

Liked: The property was clean, quiet. That room key was needed for elevator.
Disliked: My room door lock was not secure. The stairs were available for anyone, but elevators required a room key. That didn’t make sense. My room windows could use a washing.

Liked: The staff were absolutely fantastic, accommodating, helped us with late checkout and recommendations - absolute perfection.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean and the bed we slept in had a very old mattress that caved in. It left us sleeping rolled toward the middle and both of us have terrible back pain from sleeping on it for several nights - might be time to invest in a few new mattresses - this one is just old and painful - and really took away from what would have otherwise been a great hotel (I cannot say enough nice things about the staff - especially the front desk).

Hotel is about a restaurant...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The hotel is connected to an Asian fusion restaurant and many rooms are directly above the restaurant. The restaurant had a DJ playing very loud music until 2am. I had ear plugs, noise machine but the bass was so powerful I could still feel the beat. I complained about not being able to sleep and the staff said, “we are not affiliated with the restaurant, we can’t do anything” I replied I would’ve liked to known that ahead of time and I would request a room somewhere else in the building or made other accommodations.

Liked: Beautiful beautiful hotel in a perfect area with a perfect price, just the only issue is the staff....
Disliked: The next day for check out they tried hitting me when "taxes" and fees that was never mentioned before paying for the room and deposit and once I asked for a receipt or a explanation I was literally screamed at in front of everyone and I couldn't do anything but just laugh due to their ridiculous behavior, honestly I would truly love to stay here again but the staff is very very rude and scammers, especially the female manager and the older male with a accent, if they didn't act like children I wouldve been back 10 more times
