I'm so happy I chose Four Points by Sheraton for my stay because it was a great experience. The vibe was mellow, pleasant, and comfortable. I was in town for a concert and the venue was walking distance away which was perfect.

Liked: Great customer service; beautiful; clean room and lobby; awesome location.
Disliked: Parking was expensive and inconvenient.

Could not get clear information about rail system even though it stops right outside the hotel door. Saturday night noise from the lounge was horrible. Too many other choices in the area to return to Four Points.

Liked: Bed and pillows good; staff pleasant.
Disliked: Noise; lack of knowledgable staff.

Superb

I had the best stay...

Liked: Amazing staff, all so pleasant & kind. Wonderful size room and very clean & beautiful. Only a 5 minute walk to the downtown night life area. Easy parking. Great hotel.
Disliked: The parking was 42 dollars for overnight which seemed a bit pricey I wish it was included in the stay fees.

Short and sweet

Liked: I really liked the building itself. Seemed like 'old arcitecture'; not something you'd find in a place like San Jose but more like in a metropolitan area like New York.
Disliked: Parking was exorbitant. $45 for overnight parking is something that needs to be mentioned in the price.

Great stay, friendly staff, ask...

Liked: Centrally located. Felt safe walking around all times of the day. Gym was small, but did the job. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I was unaware that there was to be a late night event occurring at the restaurant below my room during the first night of my stay. The music volume kept me up way past my preferred bedtime. That was the only obstacle I encountered and what prevents me from giving this stay a 10/10.
