I'm so happy I chose Four Points by Sheraton for my stay because it was a great experience. The vibe was mellow, pleasant, and comfortable. I was in town for a concert and the venue was walking distance away which was perfect.

Liked: Great customer service; beautiful; clean room and lobby; awesome location.
Disliked: Parking was expensive and inconvenient.

Could not get clear information about rail system even though it stops right outside the hotel door. Saturday night noise from the lounge was horrible. Too many other choices in the area to return to Four Points.

Disliked: Noise; lack of knowledgable staff.

Liked: Everything was great except the loud music playing until about 2am. Wouldn’t think a hotel would allow that to happen. Made it virtually impossible to sleep.

Liked: Convenient and clean with key access security. Black out shades to keep light out and a comfortable bed ensured a good nights sleep. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
