Completely disappointed by lack of...

Liked: Room was comfortable.
Disliked: No advanced communication prior to arrival re: major renovation and construction issues. No facilities. Website should have been updated.

Disliked: There was Major construction going on. Lounge blocked off, front entrance closed off, had to use staff service elevator, unsafe area to walk on. Had no notice of them doing this before arrival. No signs saying register in back . Should have been closed!!!!!!
