Nice
Liked: Was good at the need just to sleep few hrs as arriving the front desk berry friendly
Disliked: I was told that for the resin I was that night the parking be at no charge I did have my soon on Sharp and wife was whit my kid at the leaving was charged 50 dolls for parking I just need to go so I say do what need to be and thanks

Disappointed it cost us twice...
Liked: We got booked in the Sheridan by the ocean but wanted the one we eventually stayed at. Called and talked with someone at Expedia who said they would book us and refund the other stay but it showed up on our cc as a credit and then disappeared. So it looked like we paid twice for one stay. Not happy

Liked: Bar & restaurant were inside. Lobby was peaceful

Liked: Bartender was pleasant and excellent customer service skills
Disliked: Bathroom had Fecies in the toilet when we first entered the room, bed was too high, the tub was stained with horrible black stains, the second room they sent us to had an extremely Large spider and web by the AC Unit which did not work at all and then the manager in charge ask us to stay in the lobby while her and a housekeeping staff try to locate a clean room and they went into five additional rooms which took around five fours to final find a suitable ADA Accommodations room, the night front desk mexican guy was horrible, the very worst customer service skills and would not give you water., would not speak to us and the morning breakfast was the worst breakfast, they gave us the rime parts of the watermelon., would not give us extra breakfast brown boxes to take to our room and she was very room mexican lady that was very rude and Andrew a Manager gave us a full refund for this stay, I will never stay at this Sheraton again.
