Disliked: No complimentary breakfast & had to pay to park

Liked: Clean and beautiful place
Disliked: It wasn’t even 9:30 PM when I received a call from the front desk saying that someone complained we were being loud. Due to California law, I wasn’t being loud, and even if I had been, I was allowed to be until 10 PM. Later, while I was sleeping, I felt something near our door. When I got up to check, I noticed security standing right next to the door, listening to our room. That was kind of creepy.

Clean, new but some issues

Liked: It was a good location and fairly new.
Disliked: My room was near the elevator and ice machine and it was very loud throughout the night. The ice machine was very noisy and I could not sleep! I would definitely ask to be roomed away from the elevator and ice machine

Liked: It was a quick stay so no major complaints. Picked up a bottle of cheap wine in the gift shop and found out at checkout it was $55...wow, won't make that mistake again. What a rip off for a $12 bottle of wine.

Liked: Very nice area it was peaceful area
Disliked: I did not like, that I had to pay extra for parking, when every time I book a hotel parking is free, and for paying that much I would’ve appreciated a little bit of breakfast. If we were to have breakfast they were too add it on our tablet and we had issues buying snacks.

Liked: The only like is the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport
Disliked: My dislike is when I got in to put my name to ride the shuttle for the next morning. Said they were already completely booked and I’d have to take a later flight which would cause me to be late for my flight so I had to book an Uber my room originally was a handicap room. I was able to move it however the air conditioner in the room that I moved to was extremely noisy I had to turn it off was not what I was expecting for a hotel for the price that I paid.

Great place with super staff

Liked: This was my default booking and they were outstanding about their service and facilities. They were very helpful and responsive to the needs and questions I had. Their shuttle service was spot-on as was everything else about the facility.
