3am disturbance

Liked: There was an altercation on the 3rd floor where a woman was assaulted, and a fight broke out at 3 in the morning. The hotels security took awhile to remove the individual who wasn't staying at the hotel. Only to have him come back in and continue the disturbance. It wasn't until the tenants in room 314 called the police and the matter was finally resolved. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and sadly this will be my last. I would recommend the hotel put a security option where you need the hotel room card to select the floors in the elevator to help cuvre these problems and have security on site 24/7

Horrible! Worst stay we’ve ever...

Liked: Close to our destination
Disliked: Beds are so hard, you might as well sleep on the floor. The pillows were completely flat. We had no hot water, so we couldn’t shower. The door scanner fell off the door. The pool was dirty, and ice cold. When we told the front desk, they didn’t offer a discount or anything. Just rushed through trying to get us out the door.

Liked: Didn’t have any because upon booking breakfast was included but when we arrived were told it was not.
Disliked: That we didn’t get breakfast as promised on booking
