Great location, beds were comfortable....

Liked: Breakfast was good. However, took 40 minutes to receive our order, which was missing items. Not good!
Disliked: Simple, wait on customer when seated. Don't bring out wrong order/dish. Thank God for Montana- you guys have an amazing woman working for you...

Disliked: It was our anniversary and we confirmed a King size bed. When we got there they stated they sold out all King size beds. Very disappointing. They did give us 2 queens beds but still....

Nice stay overall.

Liked: The robes! Clean room, comfortable bed, Netflix on TV, flattering bathroom mirror, complimentary bottled water (though only one bottle—I suggest making it two).
Disliked: Broken towel bar on shower door, toilet paper holder falling off wall, overpriced. Also, did not allow us to use the bicycles (as advertised).

Liked: Beautiful location. Room was great. Check in easy with friendly staff.
Disliked: Arrived 8:30 pm. Went down to bar/ kitchen for snack. Nice area. Only one other couple eating. People sitting at bar. After 10 minutes, we got the server’s attention. Server stated kitchen closing at 9:00. Fair enough. Ordered drinks and a hummus appetizer. Waited until 8:50. Server had disappeared. Got the bartender’s attention. Server finally walked by our table, looked at us and she said “ Did you order something? We reminded her what we ordered. She then asked if we ordered drinks. Told her yes. She went over and told the bartender. Got our appetizer, which was quite delicious. Server disappeared again. The other couple eating had been waiting for over 30 minutes to get their check. They finally got up and just walked out. We continued to wait and had to ask the bartender to find our server, which seemed to annoy her. Server finally came over and just dropped our check on the table and walked away. The whole situation was weird.

Three star stay at best.

Liked: close to downtown. Clean.
Disliked: The vehicle noise around the building was bad. Every morning I was awoken by the service people cleaning rooms. They slammed doors and talked loud beginning at 8am.
