The hotel was great. Very friendly people; comfy room; great view and walking distance to the venue. The only bummer was you had to pay quite a bit for parking in addition to the cost of the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. The room was tiny, but very clean and nicely laid out. However, by no fault of Four Points, when we checked in we were told we had a reserved room, but the credit card used to pay was denied! I had to give them my credit card which they swiped for the room and I had a pending charge of 195 dollars on. I called your customer support line and spent half an hour stressed out about why I had to use my card after my card was charged in February. I was told everything was taken care of - now I'm just waiting to get my credit card statement to see if I'm going to be charged twice.

Liked: Cleanliness, comfort.
Disliked: 75$ hold on credit card, unmentioned.
