The hotel was great. Very friendly people; comfy room; great view and walking distance to the venue. The only bummer was you had to pay quite a bit for parking in addition to the cost of the hotel.

Liked: Close to the venue; nice room; polite staff.
Disliked: A bit pricey for parking.

The hotel was very nice. The room was tiny, but very clean and nicely laid out. However, by no fault of Four Points, when we checked in we were told we had a reserved room, but the credit card used to pay was denied! I had to give them my credit card which they swiped for the room and I had a pending charge of 195 dollars on. I called your customer support line and spent half an hour stressed out about why I had to use my card after my card was charged in February. I was told everything was taken care of - now I'm just waiting to get my credit card statement to see if I'm going to be charged twice.

Liked: I like the convenience of the gym being 24 hours. The lobby was clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very convenient as far as being able to order breakfast as that was what I used it for.
Disliked: When checking in online, I had the option of requesting not to have housekeeping. However, housekeeping still came into the room daily. It's not too big of a hassle as I appreciate the clean towels and removal of garbage. But I did request for them not to come as I was only staying less than a week and as a solo traveler. I got confirmation that my request was granted, and it wasn't. I also wasn't a big fan of the room as the bathroom seemed too small. I couldn't open the door all the way because of how the shower was positioned behind it.Lastly, the location of my room door and the one next to it was in the corner like a right angle. Whenever the person came in and out of their room, it sounded like someone was trying to open my door. It was a bit uncomfortable.
