Room was a good size; clean but lamp did not work, clock was broken and toilet did not flush properly.

I was taking a night...

Liked: Close to airport facilities sufficient had an airport shuttle.
Disliked: I wasn’t feeling well after a very long trip and expected to have a meal at the hotel. Also wanted to watch the final World Series game...Restaurant was closed bar food was not good ,Staff at the bar, had no ability to change the channel or increase the volume on any of the television sets playing, and only one of three was playing the game, unfortunately not where it could be seen from the bar . Seats had been removed from the table in front of the only television playing the game.. person at the front desk was less than welcoming and generally not very helpful. There was a sign with information regarding the Shuttle and when I asked a question because part of the sign was unclear, the host pointed me to the sign again. The facility is fine, rooms are clean, but the air conditioning is really loud as it clicks on and off all night.

Disliked: When we got there, they said they had no reservation and were sold out, so we had to book another hotel at twice the price. Then I got a confirmation email from booking.com, showed the front desk and they found it. However, the second hotel we booked said we needed to go IN PERSON to the other hotel to cancel our reservation with them! So we shuttled back to the airport, caught another shuttle to that hotel and canceled. Again, shuttle back to the airport to catch another shuttle..... It is now midnight after four hours of phone calls, being hung up on, etc. Had to get up at 3 am to catch our flight the next day and guess what.....Shower didn't work.

My stay was as expected...

Liked: I was given a room with a highway view from the desk, that was nice!
Disliked: I didn't like that the sink was in the actual room instead of in the bathroom.
