Ideal place to stay at...

Liked: Nice size room, clean and comfortable, lovely touches with soft dressing gowns

Although location and room were...

Liked: Great location, clean comfortable rooms
Disliked: Road noise was quite loud . Our room was opposite RAC Arena and the traffic noise was quite loud in our room. Valet parking took 35 mins to bring our car to us. Restaurant was very busy and staff struggled to keep food topped up and coffee machine line was very long and coffee machine wasn’t working properly. Was no glasses at juice stand. I had to ask for them.

Disliked: Bar and food service was slow and chaotic on event night.Breakfast was expensive

Liked: Room was a good size .. great bathroom .. comfy bed - lovely linen. Location was great for getting to north or south of the river easily.
