Disliked: Nothing.

Nice staff

Liked: Location and staff were very good.
Disliked: Parking garage was a pretty good distance away from the hotel, so walking in the cold and rain wasn't great. At 2 in the morning children were running up and down the hallway for over an hour and the curtain didn't close and there was no microwave in the room.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was not very clean, phone was dusty and lamps like they hadn’t been cleaned. Carpet was dirty. Overall just looked dirty including main areas and hallways

Liked: The staff was the absolute best! Super attentive and helpful, super super friendly. The front desk lady, I wish I could remember her name made my absolute weekend she was so sweet
Disliked: When I booked my reservation it was supposed to be for a kind bed with a sofa bed and a balcony. When we got to our room it was only a king bed but it worked. Definitely did not complain bc the sweet front desk lady let us check in so so early and was so sweet
