Disappointing

Disliked: Water wasn't very warm in the showers. Carpets were dirty and stained.

Amazing staff in the heart...

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we unexpectedly had extra children staying in the room. We were staying to attend a memorial service and the staff even gave us a sympathy card and basket of treats for the children
Disliked: We were disappointed the splash pad was not functioning. The pool water temperature was very cold for small children but they still enjoyed the play.
