Liked: Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Check in was fast and easy. There was plenty of parking right off the side of the building. (Metered parking is free from 5pm to 8am) The room was clean. Ideal room temp was easy to achieve. The hotel is a short 4 minute walk from the Civic Center. All around good experience. I usually stay at a property across the river but due to the ideal location in relation to the Civic Center this will likely be my go-to accommodation for concerts.
Disliked: No complaints. Everything was wonderful!

Disliked: Room advertised is not what was received at check in room was reserved as king bed with sofa bed which would accommodate 2 adults an 2 children. Room received was just suited with just a king bed . Hotel staff blamed booking.com a vice versa from booking.com with booking.com leaving me on hold for an hr and a half then hanging up . Booking.com also failed to send my reservation at check in I was sent away from check in desk to resolve issue with no reservation on their end booking.com processed to have me on hold for 45 mins an sent reservation confirmation so in total I spent near 2 hrs on hold an a total of 3 hrs trying to fix errors created by booking.com
