Liked: Very clean; great, friendly staff.

Beds were comfortable. Clean environment. Easy, fast check out. Lots of good food and stores nearby.

Liked: We got to check in early which was a huge help so we could settle in then head for our day of music.
Disliked: Wish they provided room service late night.

I booked a Deluxe King bed room. I was not happy that I did not get the bed size I requested due to guests extending. I totally understand but would have liked an upgrade as I paid in advance. I was then placed in a non deluxe king room that was in a horrible location. We decided to go with a better location and have the deluxe room with the double beds. Not ideal but all turned out good. We got 2 free drinks and the lady (Kaci I think) ended up being very nice and did what she could to help. A little rough start but I would stay there again. The room was very nice; the hotel is new and the bathrooms are beautiful.

Excellent value, great staff, would...

Liked: My only complaint is that the bed, especially the pillows, wasn’t great. My sleep was not particularly restful. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating!

Work on staff members

Liked: Nice hotel quiet lots of stores around the area
Disliked: The staff member I was there for 2 nights and I booked it again for one more night but he couldn't accommodate me by extending my stay gave me a really hard time but as soon as he left the other staff member did no questions asked.

It was okay.

Liked: One of the main reasons my husband and I stayed at that hotel was for the location and for room service and for property having a restaurant that way we can eat there and wouldn't have to go out on New Year's Eve your staff failed to tell us when we made a reservations that the restaurant would be closed and there would be no room service that made me really upset especially for what you paid to stay there they should have let us know!!!
Disliked: The room was nice the hotel was clean I was pleased with everything except for the fact that there was no room service and that your staff failed to tell us that when we made the reservations you need to make sure your staff looks people know when they make reservations what is and isn't available to them!!#

The worst sleep ever!! Never...

Disliked: Our room was wall to wall with laundry and ice machine . We were told only the first floor was available but someone was above us doing what sounded like moving furniture ALL NIGHT!!

Knotty Duvets!

Liked: Location, gym, pool. Check in process very smooth and nice, friendly front desk clerk.
Disliked: Bedding was gross the duvet had small balls of knots where the stuffing had balled up and was very uncomfortable (felt like rocks) and was on both beds. Requested new bedding and blankets from front desk and it took 2 hours and 3 calls to front desk. Finally after 3rd call front desk clerk brought himself. Very poor service, especially for cost of room.
