My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and it was a great hotel. Super clean with a modern design. The staff was great and extremely helpful. We asked for directions to the Penn Square Mall and the ladies at the front desk were so friendly. The rooms were clean and we loved the beds - all white linens so you knew they were clean, and they were also extremely comfortable. We used the exercise room and it was very nice. The breakfast options were good and the housekeeping was friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Disliked: The bed was not very comfy, the matress felt like the sides were broken down and the springs made a crunching sound.

Disliked: Every time we called the front desk about a question, it automatically went to voicemail.
