Disliked: Room furnishings bit outdated and very loud in room as I could hear everything from the room beside me. Had a connected room and could hear people talking and TVs all night every night with various different guests.

Disliked: The front row desk staff was miserable and have no manners or courtesy for anyone. They behaved so bad and rude with no reason. They didn’t even help for our luggage. So i ll never visit it again or never recommended to anyone only because of rude staff. Thanks

Liked: Ashley at the front desk was outstanding. Also the ability to provide a mini fridge and wine glasses upon request.
Disliked: The plastic cups in the room and the room being too small for a mini fridge.

Small room size, but good...

Liked: Great location near subway on Fulton and great choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk
Disliked: Booked a king room higher floor. Disappointed with size of room. Bed took up most of the space so barely room to walk around bed. Also poor storage space with only a small single wardrobe which for two of us for 10 days meant we had to keep rotating clothes out of our suitcases
