I was disappointed in the...

Disliked: This booking was booked and paid for On jan 16,2025. upon booking I notified the Hotel of early check in request I was told to inquire closer to arriving at the hotel. Upon arriving the day of check in we asked for early check in and was told this could not be accommodated. No issue there. We were told that check in was at 3pm we checked our bags in and we went into the city until check in was feasible. 3pm came around and we could not check in. The property manager did not specify any further details as to why we could not check in at out specified time of 3pm. We then spoke to someone else who informed us that the room we selected was being occupied until 4p due to being a titanium member this was not communicated upon check in or we would have canceled the reservation and went elsewhere. by this time it was the titanium member still had not checked out and the room still needed to be cleaned and sanitized. we did not check in until well after 5pm on 1/31/25. The floors were not swept or mopped the shower was filthy. The tables were not clean. This was a clear sign of a rush job due to us calling the booking customer service agent and complaining about the service we were receiving.

Comfortable but old rooms, flies...

Disliked: Hotel room very ran down, Flies in the bathroom, smoking next door, loud music.
