Liked: Had to shower with cold water in the morning. We had us switch rooms since AC didn’t work.

Bad. Dirty. Not clean.

Liked: The staff was very polite.
Disliked: It was incredibly dirty. We were give room 409 and it was very obvious it hadn’t been cleaned before. There was trash in the cans. The sofa seat was stained with a clearish dried white liquid, that was very visible. The front desk receptionist was apologetic and issued a new room. She even sent another staff member to check the next room to ensure cleanliness. The second room smelled dingy and the sofa in the second room had even MORE dried clear white liquid. To make matters worse— the sheets were dirty and stained by yellow liquid. The photos below are from the second room. I would not recommend anyone else stay here. It was gross. This was the only “recognizable” hotel that had a double bed available when we arrived in the city— which is why we stayed here.
