Bad experience

Disliked: I am travelling with my elderly parents and had a lot of difficulties with this property . Wasn’t able to reach the staff . There was constant shouting and yelling around the apartment till 2am . I booked for two bedroom for four adults they gave me one queen size bed and in the other room a single bed . I have been using booking.com for the past 8 years this is by far one of the bad experiences I had faced
