Liked: Location
Disliked: The bathroom tub was broken, as well as the sink and one of the windows. Also, the clientele that was hanging out around the front desk was less than desirable. Everything was outdated, and paying for parking was a pointless extra fee.

Never again.

Disliked: The rooms were extremely small and outdated.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The location was convenient. The swimming pool was unusual in that it had a depth of 8 ft on one end. The pool was deep enough to actually swim without scraping the bottom with my toes which is unusual for most hotels.
Disliked: We were pleased. A free breakfast was would have been nice.

Safe

Liked: The public spaces were very modern and inviting. The room, however, was circa 1980. Furniture was beat up, plug in ports dated, and it didn’t feel clean.
Disliked: The easy chair felt greasy as it had been used for ages and when I moved the ottoman, I could tell no one else had for a very long time

Bad

Disliked: How i wasn't told that they charge for breakfast or parking. And how I was placed in the same room as before of a broken whirlpool.

Convenience and value - will...

Liked: Convenient location, incredible customer service - every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, respectful and seemed to really enjoy their job. The room was exceptional and transportation to/from hotel/parking was on point.
