Liked: Great location. Didn’t have to wait long for lifts and my room was serviced everyday, despite it being policy to have it done every other day.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Will definitely stay again breakfast was fantastic eggs cooked to order every morning, staff were lovely

Disliked: Breakfast room extremely cold and not cosy at all, plastic and paper cups. Room interior quite old, not as shown on the pictures but clean.

I would choose the hotel...

Liked: The friendly reception members!!Nicole and Michelle are amazing.The smell in the reception is sooooo nice I get excited everytime I’m going to the lobby!
Disliked: The cleaning service team didn’t speak English nor understand it.

Liked: Nicely located close to time square but far enough away for less crowding.

Liked: The location was very convenient. We were able to easily walk to all the things we came to see including a Broadway show. Many good restaurants in the area. The bar in the lobby was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly and helpful with information.
Disliked: Parking was expensive ; added a lot to the bill.
