Liked: The hotel was lovely, in an amazing location just a 5 minute walk to the middle of Times Square and across the road from the subway and bus terminal! 15 minute walk to Rockefeller, Bryant park. Subway gets you everywhere else! The staff were lovely, special shoutout to Nicole who checked us in and was just amazing!
Disliked: I loved everything, however New York is very loud so when in bed you can definitely hear all the horns and sirens. But I sleep easy so didn’t bother me.

Liked: Location of hotel. It is in urban area, walkable from most NY attractions, but in very busy area (who love this is ok).
Disliked: The room has one window covered with dark sticker, so seems that we are in the dark, without any normal daily light. Very small room, furniture quite old one, not like on the pictures from the side. Heating was out of function, after intervention was ok. but very very noisy. Bathroom very cold, depend of radiator from the room.

Liked: The location was perfect, beds were super comfy& rooms always clean! Staff was amazing with a special mention to Nicole on reception who was so courteous☺️

Liked: We stayed here for 3 nights and it was ideal. The location is perfect. It's on times square with easy access to so many places we wanted to go. The room was what you need. The beds were comfortable and we slept perfectly each night. Had a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing each morning. A lot of food and a lot of different things you could choose from. We really loaded up before heading out for each day. Price wise I think it is good value. The location is amazing and like I say the breakfast was first class. Your not going to feel like you are a millionaire on a first class trip to New York but you are going to feel pretty good about yourself and if you are a guy/girl planning a trip for his partner she/he won't be disappointed when they arrive. I would maybe of requested a room on a higher floor next time if i was being picky. Our view was of a large parking lot across the street that being said we didn't go for the view from the hotel we went to experience New York and this was the perfect hotel to do it from.

I've Found My NYC Spot!

Liked: Great, central location. Lovely spacious, clean room. Loved the nifty little tea and coffee maker! Super quiet - no long corridors with disturbance from guests making their way to their rooms. Reception staff always very helpful.
Disliked: I requested an upper level room at back of the building. I felt this was a reasonable request: I was a returning guest, staying for 8 nights, needed just the one room as a solo traveller and had booked 10 months in advance. Even so, I was told a high level room wasn't available. How come? Very disappointing.
