Liked: Very good location, easy check in, clean bed and sheets, all ligths worked, clean bathroom, hot showers, great TV programs in English, easy check out. Jaime the doorman was so helpful, so were the ladies at reception.
Disliked: The elevator. On the second day it did not work, so I had to lug two pieces of luggage down two flights of stairs. However I had to go up and down the stairs three times, because by the time I came for the second luggage that was still in the room, the electronic key didn't work, so I had to go down and had it reactivated, before going up again. Good exercise, but was not planned.

Liked: Fantastic breakfast buffet and amazing staff. The room was new, clean, and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again.
