Exceptional

Small but perfectly formed, great...

Liked: Location was perfect close to Hudson yards
Disliked: The room was small, but I see there are larger rooms and maybe we will look into those options next time

Good hotel. But bad staff

Liked: Good location. Not much noise
Disliked: Staffs make inappropriate sexual jokes.

Cosy, amazing staff, central to...

Liked: Location was central, lovely area, real comfortable just an amazing stay.
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like.

Waking up and wondering how...

Liked: Location was excellent.
Disliked: Leaky shower which dripped continually all night. Toilet flush would stick. TV has no guide. The ‘incidental’ charges blocked on our credit card were ridiculous, and amounted to the reservation cost again on top. This was not explained adequately at check in, and we were told to expect it to be blocked/held for up to 3 weeks after our stay. Completely unacceptable!

Our stay in NYC was...

Liked: Location was excellent while visiting relatives accross the street. Our third floor room provided a lovely night view of surroundings. We were even able to watch the snow fall Christmas Eve.The kiosk coffee was very good, thank you expecially for that.
Disliked: Requested NO ROOM MAID SERVICEYet maid service was in the room three days in succession. Did not fill the kleenex box, it remained empty the entire stay.Two of the days/nights the television in the next room volumn all day and ALL NIGHT at an excessive volumn loud enough as though we were watching in our room.Accommodations were adequate yet very small. No dressor room for our belongings
