Liked: Pet friendly, quiet, comfortable bed
Disliked: Technology was updated. No apps like Netflix. Convenient charging block was only on one side of the bed. Should’ve been on both in my opinion.

Liked: Left too early for breakfast. I stayed there because of shuttle to airport and it was close come to find out no shuttle. And had to pay extra!!

Disliked: Kelly the ” manager “ was rude and disrespectful from the beginning. No greetings, very unprofessional, does not know her job description or policy, distasteful and we’ll more than likely never be back to four points or any Sheraton for that matter. Definitely racism vibes from the moment I walked in. Did not expect this out of all places. Kelly swiped my card for 1 full payment which got approved then tried to swipe for another full payment and got denied. When asking “ why? “ etc. She caught an INSTANT ATTITUDE and started the disrespect I asked “ May I talk to someone else? “ she said she’s the only one on site. Now I’m fighting for my money back cause she lack acknowledge on billing policy.
