Disliked: Kelly the ” manager “ was rude and disrespectful from the beginning. No greetings, very unprofessional, does not know her job description or policy, distasteful and we’ll more than likely never be back to four points or any Sheraton for that matter. Definitely racism vibes from the moment I walked in. Did not expect this out of all places. Kelly swiped my card for 1 full payment which got approved then tried to swipe for another full payment and got denied. When asking “ why? “ etc. She caught an INSTANT ATTITUDE and started the disrespect I asked “ May I talk to someone else? “ she said she’s the only one on site. Now I’m fighting for my money back cause she lack acknowledge on billing policy.

Liked: Outside of a girl on the shift when I arrived and the very kind new girl who worked the buffet, this place was rather run down. The outside landscape was nothing but weeds everywhere. My room has so much cobwebs so much as I asked when was the last time someone stayed in that room. There where hairs on my pillowcases at first I thought they were mine but then I found a couple blonde hairs ( I have very dark brown hair) that was rather gross and then the TV was only able to work part of the time. Which I didn't really care much about but to pay almost $160 was a total rip off. Don't stay here ! It's old and out dated.
Disliked: Two staff members were nice, one girl was at the desk and the breakfast lady was very kind... I had surgery and was on two crutches and she saw me and immediately offered to carry my plate and glass for me to a table to help assist me since I wasn't really sure how I was going to be able to carry a plate because it's a buffet style.
