Disappointing

Liked: Location is good and the beds were amazing
Disliked: The facilities are not in good state and the bathroom was not clean. We had an issue with our room that our bathroom door would not open and we went to 10+ rooms that were not in a good state only to end up on the first room and having to breakdown the bathroom door. Also the front desk lady (who was very sweet and helpful) was completely alone at night, without any way to help fix the situation. Also the AC units are very loud, so if you are a light sleeper, they will keep you up all night.

Liked: I told front desk that my first night something was making me itchy they changed my sheets the rest of my stay was superb!

Liked: The location was good, considering the distance to the event that I had. The front desk was so helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is not clean. The hallway and room had a 'moggy' smell, and I couldn't sleep properly due to the smell.

Liked: Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and I loved all the decor. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the beds are super comfy! We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't speak to that. But it was only $10 extra, so it's not bad at all. Plus, if I remember correctly, breakfast lasted till 10 am..? Which is nice. I've never liked it when hotels stopped serving breakfast so early.
Disliked: Room 433: There was a very slow water leak behind the bathroom mirror. A missing tile on the edge of the tub and the bathroom doors left a sizeable gap when closed. (Could be intentional. It was just different) Oh, also, the drain plug for the shower didn't work. It was completely off, same for the sink. There were also some small fixes done like the tissue holder and some tub work that was just a little sloppy, not painted over. The base tiles were not caulked, so it had a raw edge. It's just a bunch of little things that made the bathroom look rushed and unfinished. Probably need a detailed walk through, each room, to go over maintenance/cosmetic issues by management.
