Liked: Location, friendly staff, clean & comfy beds.
Disliked: The pool was cold & packed… we barely swam & chose this hotel for the pool & kitchenette. There were no dishes in the kitchen.

Disappointing

Disliked: We paid for a spa suite. When we got there, that's not what we were given. When we spoke to the front desk about it they stated because we booked 3rd party through booking.com they couldn't refund the difference of the room. Shower didn't work, bath was the only option. Rooms weren't clean. There was pieces of long hair in the fridge.

Liked: The room was nice and clean and the staff were all very friendly. I decided to order room service for some dessert (never ordered room service before) and it was really good!
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was not that good, pancakes were stale and kinda cold and I found a hair in my watermelon. I don’t think it was worth $39
