Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Delicious fresh baked cookies were served at 1pm. The breakfast had lots of choice and was good (although very busy Sunday morning and had to wait for a seat). Good location right off the highway. Friendly staff. Lots of free parking.
Disliked: Our toilet was sluggish and then overflowed. We had originally called the desk at 4pm to tell them about the overflow. The girl at the front desk said she was the only staff member there, so no one could fix it. So we had to switch rooms at 10pm - not fun to pack everything up and move it again after a long day. We did not get any kind of reimbursement for this. In the second room, the tub surface was peeling everywhere so we could not have baths, and the sink drain was very slow.

Disliked: The stay was fine but the hotel charged me twice for the stay and it’s now been over a month with no resolution despite its been confirmed that I was charged twice.

Liked: The Bed linen were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The Room floors and baseboard/walls were not clean. The rolling chair legs were covered in dirt. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The rugs, anywhere you didn't walk, had not been vacuumed in a long time. There was visible thick dust and dirt in the corners and under the furniture. . We felt more comfortable with socks or shoes on our feet. The windows in our rooms and lobby , were very dirty. The area is not a great one and you could not tell this from reviews or pictures. We have stayed in many Sheratons and this is why we picked it. However this Sheraton was not to their standards. I would not stay again at this hotel.
